Follow the steps below in Eco Calc to estimate optimal prices for your crafted goods. Each section includes a short explanation and a reference screenshot so you always know where to click.

Step 01

Select your skills

Choose the specialties you have unlocked and set each to your in-game level. The tables grid immediately filters to show which crafting tables you can actually use.

Mark the skills you’ve unlocked and match the levels from your character sheet.
Step 02

Confirm table upgrades

Tick the upgrades installed on each crafting table. Eco Calc needs this to adjust labor, materials, and efficiency bonuses correctly.

Enable the modules you have built into your tables—higher tiers reduce crafting costs.
Step 03

Enter food costs

Record what you spend on calories. Convert each food item into a price per 1,000 calories. Example: Dried Meat gives 550 calories at 0.1 each → 0.2 in the calculator.

Use the 1,000 calorie conversion to keep your nutrition costs accurate.
Step 04

Set your profit goal

Decide how much margin you want. Most players aim for 10–25% to stay competitive while still covering work time and transport.

Select a target profit that fits the market—start at 15% if you’re unsure.
Step 05

Add item costs

Plug in the material prices from your local markets. Eco Calc will combine them with labor and food to build a total cost per craft.

Reference the in-game economy viewer or nearby stores for each component.
Step 06

Calculate your prices

Hit Calculate Prices to see recommended sell prices. The results reflect every cost you entered plus the profit percentage you picked.

Review the suggested prices and adjust if the market is trending up or down.
If prices feel off, revisit Steps 3–5 to fine-tune your inputs—small changes in food or materials can shift margins dramatically.
